Extra tips: I like to pair this with a small salad using some of the the ranch dressingÂ I mixed and then top with cheddar cheese tortilla salad strips or shredded cheddar cheese as shown in the picture. If you want to make this a “naked” Fajita just swapÂ out the tortilla and instead spreadÂ shrimp mixture over chopped lettuce (make sure you have enough lettuce to make a salad) then top with ranch dressing.
