My First Fitness “Client”!

Ok so y’all know by now that I am a self-proclaimed fitness freak….I live & breathe it daily!  There are so many things related to fitness that are now second nature to me…I’m talking about food journaling, tracking calorie intake, checking my nutritional intake, preparing most of my foods instead of eating out, EXERCISING, etc….you get the picture.  So being the nice, compassionate person I am it should be no surprise that I want to help others get to where I am, right? 🙂

Well, I officially have my first fitness “client”! This “client” is going to be my first project to see if I can really help others get on the path to better fitness and health.  From my own experience, it can definitely be a struggle especially when you’re not seeing good results.  For so long, I had stayed around the same weight (145-150 range…sometimes more) and, although I wanted to be smaller and feel better, I eventually just accepted that I was going to be in that weight range for the rest of my life.  But once I took a different approach toward fitness and health while developing healthier habits things started to change for me.  I’m hoping this is what I can do for my client.  This weekend, I’m going shopping to purchase the foods that the client will be able to eat during the process (wait until you see what foods are allowed….you won’t believe this is for a fitness program!).  I’ve also ordered “Bento” microwaveable compartment plates (BPA-free) to portion foods for my client as needed.  Lastly, I’m going to draw up a workout plan that is related to a program I’ve used.

We’re getting started on Monday, June 1st with “before” pictures to track where the client started. Then upon completion I’ll take “after” pictures to show the client’s progress made during the program, which will run for about a month.  So stay tuned for my blog post that will include the pictures and details of what we did…I’m so excited!!
